Introduction to functional lifting technology range

Each piece of FLT equipment has been produced with the intention of targeting the body in the most effective, safe and comfortable way possible for a young person.

All our designs are based on up-to-date international anthropometric measurements. They include converging/diverging dual lever arms for maximum functionality as well as counterbalanced mechanisms to ensure the appropriate starting weight.

Each piece in the FLT range also features numerically engraved gas lift guided seats with elevated extra non slip platforms for support and safety. Oversized ergonomic thermoplastic grips provide extra comfort. We’ve also designed clear FLT instruction plates to educate users about the muscle groups targeted.
