Franchise Process

After the Discovery day, we recommend that you conduct further research which may include; visiting a current SHOKK youth gym franchise or speaking directly to a current franchisee who has been through this whole process before and can probably answer from personal experience many of the points/ questions you have.

Following your research, you will no doubt have many more questions. Therefore a formal interview offers you the opportunity to discuss these with the SHOKK energie team and gives us a chance to assess your suitability for a SHOKK youth gym franchise. It is a good idea to bring along the completed application form so that we can review it together. If all your questions are answered and you are ready to proceed to the completion stage then we will require your application form along with your deposit.

The most important milestone is then final approval of your franchise application. This as you would expect is subject to credit checks, personal reference verification and finally a presentation by one of your franchise recruitment team to our approvals committee. They will assess your application to confirm their confidence in your ability to make your franchise a success. A final interview may be required to discuss specific elements, but we aim to make a decision on your application within seven days from submission.

Providing you are approved, the franchise agreement will then be given to you to review. Following on from this a completion date is set for the balance of the franchise fee to be paid and the agreement to be signed, after which your journey as a SHOKK énergie franchisee begins.
